Bridal Looks💍

Why there were do many bridal looks out there on the red carpet?

There were also too much unnecessary rooled and twisted fabric on most gowns. It felt like designers were trying to fold fitted sheets.

Yeah I don’t get it. Everyone blended in with the carpet and the background.

The designers of the "red carpet" which was muted background w/muted carpet did not coordinate with the fashion designers who whispered that the in color this year was white.

Most everyone has a choice of dresses, though, right? I think that would factor in. The carpet takes weeks to install, it’s not like it was a surprise.

I’m officially tired of seeing one leg peeking out of a dress.

I like her hair but that's it. I might like that dress if it were just a little more substantial and structured. I have no trouble with sex appeal and showing skin on the red carpet (and this was for the after party, not the awards, so looser dress code) but this honestly looks like it's about to fall off her. It's like a tacky boudoir photo shoot outfit.

Also, while I do like the style of her hair, the color doesn't work with the colors of the dress. Going reddish and then wearing a lemon-lime outfits just feels like a big miss to me.

She also looks either high or drunk and given her history with alcohol, I wonder what's going on there.

Inflated uniboob looks painful

Sheryl Lee Ralph’s daughter already wore this at the NAACP image awards a couple weeks ago.

I prefer Fan Bingbing's take on it. She's making it look regal instead of like a party dress, which makes more sense to me.

She is an Indian producer I think. Her necklace, yello diamond is amazing and she looks beautiful.

Absolute perfection, top to bottom.

Where and how do all these women change clothes for the after parties? Logistical issues….

How many people are these celebrities traveling with? Full sets of huge clothes. Many have complete hair and makeup changes too. There’s always an IG of teams of hair & makeup stylists attending to for example Nicole Kidman pre show.

The big stars all have suits at nearby hotels with full teams -- stylists, hair and make up, assistants. And some of the big stylists will set it up so all their major clients are near each other and they can work with them all at once (plus they will employ multiple assistants and dressers to deal with little details so no on gets neglected).

Did anyone else ever watch the Rachel Zoe Project. She is kind of a lot but I really loved watching her work with clients to prepare for events like this. It's fascinating.

Lots of helpers
