The big stars all have suits at nearby hotels with full teams -- stylists, hair and make up, assistants. And some of the big stylists will set it up so all their major clients are near each other and they can work with them all at once (plus they will employ multiple assistants and dressers to deal with little details so no on gets neglected).

Did anyone else ever watch the Rachel Zoe Project. She is kind of a lot but I really loved watching her work with clients to prepare for events like this. It's fascinating.[/quote]
