People claiming to be friends of JR have posted various places re: him engaging in swinging and cuck scenes in particular.

No one knows yet. LE has not announced an arrest or that DH is cleared. They did not signal that they were going to accept his story at face value but are investigating. Friends of JR are said to have gone to the police so there may be electronic evidence to prove a rx with the couple. We shall see. LE had said he had been to the house previously and was known to all parties, so that would include the AP.

Spitballing here but my guess is swinging that became a love triangle gone wrong. DH in the bedroom with a gun and a knife.

I think the delay in clearing DH suggests that they are fully investigating. But, per the case with a similar scenario linked above, a DH being cleared may not mean, that he is in fact, innocent. The role of DH hear remains to be clarified.

Wrong. JR was known to all 3 persons in household according to police. JR hooked up or tried to with au pair and had been at house before. He convinced au pair to let her in that morning. Confrontation ensued involving CB and later BB. JR stabbed CB. He was the murderer.

The police said he was "not unknown" to the adults in the house. Go listen to the actual FCPD press conference. Whatever turns out to be true, there's literally nothing anywhere else (other than our resident crazy poster) to indicate there was a relationship between any of these people.
