A young man was also shot in a home by someone who, according to LE, was known to the family! Very creepy!

I assure you those that knew and loved Joe Ryan are as sad and have as much loss as the other victim Christine Banfield. As the police chief said there were two victims that morning. That is why there is an ongoing investigation why law enforcement have NOT remotely cleared any adults in the home during the double homicide.

It has something to do with BB’s multiple lawyers, probably the best money can buy. Hasn’t spoken to authorities yet.

I am not taking sides in any of the speculation regarding who is the guilty party here at all. What I want to know is how will LE announce a closed case (if and when of course). Does LE have a legal responsibility to disclose to the public its findings once complete? Again, "once complete". I fully realize the public is not entitled to anything while the investigation is going on. To me (as someone living in the neighborhood) this seems like a fairly "high profile" case as far as Fairfax County crime goes and I find the lack of any notice that the investigation is ongoing, to say nothing of complete, rather disconcerting.
