If families want to move their kids to follow coach, or gain academic advantages or any other host of reasons people move. You need to be able to prove those in authorities positions did something wrong instead of individual families chasing a dream within the requirements.

I’m trying to figure this out. Does it suggest a kickback if Overton comes to Hayfield?

This is going to be a great depo question someday. But, need to get it to court. Any Plaintiffs or criminal attorneys that can comment re cause of action ?

What about Dec 4 Hearing? Seems he should be subpoenaed right now for that. And he still getting paid by FFx County.

The problem is there is no pressure point for either. SB is banking on fact that FFx voters will vote for them no matter what, given single party rule. They are happy to do nothing, and just wait this out.

The City of Fairfax fired him as their external counsel in Saturday the day after the hearing based its b Fairfax High School parents citing conflict of interest

Agree! FCPS needs to be pressured to fire this external counsel also - but not seeing much about this

The more info that comes out, the dirtier the story gets. And, there are so many more questions, given the texts reported FFX times.

Leave of absence at many places means still keep all benefits, keep years in progress for retirement, pension, etc. maybe he agreed to take fall for this to keep all that?
