That’s your experience; more power to you to stop looking at this thread.

Over here in NE, many people are hoping for the least-negative outcome possible for Tom Walsh because he cared for our kids in a way that DCSC never has.

You can’t be serious. Blasting families with emails about his alleged gripe with DCSC is not the conduct of someone who cares about the kids. He used all of you as bartering chips to get in with DC when his club was broke. He wanted a position with DCSC that he didn’t get, then claimed he was harassed at work, and then left for to form his new Brookland club in violation of his contract with DCSC. Y’all were just a means to an end for him.

How do you know all this? Do you work at DC Soccer?

Who is responsible for all of this? Who appointed TW? M. Alioto? The current Executive Director, GA, is a deceitful and unethical individual. Inv managing a club. She has little experience leading a team. Nothing will change. You have a potus with 34 counts leading the world. Andrulis is nobody. DC soccer deserves what they get. managing a club. Please consider this a neutral communication intended solely to provide context and not to alarm or assign blame.

There are ongoing, dynamic shifts within the DCSC Board that are expected to influence the direction of technical leadership at the club. While no immediate structural or personnel changes are confirmed at this time, there are growing indicators of a shift in sentiment among board members.

A number of recently appointed members have begun to align with a more independent and forward-thinking perspective. Their actions and influence are starting to shape the trajectory of leadership decisions at various levels of the organization.

Notably, one of the executive director’s most consistent allies on the board is no longer in position. This change appears to reflect concerns raised by board members, particularly those involved in financial oversight, regarding the executive director’s influence and decision-making approach.

If these developments continue along the current trajectory, individuals who have remained closely aligned with the executive director, particularly those who transitioned with him from Herndon, may want to begin considering other opportunities, in anticipation of possible leadership restructuring.

Past changes within DCSC (such as those following the transitions involving Justin W. and others) suggest that such internal shifts often precede broader organizational realignments.

Those familiar with the current board climate and its evolving dynamics will likely recognize these patterns.

What could this possibly have to do with Donald Trump, what are you talking about?

Yea, let me jump on an anonymous blog and anonymous comment on a unsubstantiated sexual harassment accusation. Not!

Well, I don't usually watch local tv but watching ABC for the Notre Dame game vs Miami.

What was advertised? Local scandal with local soccer club in DC and TW highlighted in the interview.

If Stoddert did not already have an undisclosed settlement with other coaches in the area, I would push brush it under the rug but there appears to be something systemic in that organization that breeds this kind of drama. It will be interested to see the fall out. All parents should tune in and at least hear one side.

I saw the ad for this segment while watching the US open tonight.

The real question is why another upstart smaller club on a huge trajectory is shielding him and his teams this year. Stay out of this mess. You have a good product going.

This is certainly something worth paying close attention to. If Tom’s claims were without merit, it’s unlikely his legal team would support such a public and deliberate step. Going to the media signals that he’s committed to presenting his side of the story clearly and openly. Regardless of the outcome, this situation is likely to have a significant impact on DCSC’s reputation, especially given its prior controversies. It does raise an important question: after the interview airs and more families from DCSC and other clubs see it, will the organization continue to stand behind Greg Andrulis and Michelle Alioto?

They are pulling out all the stops to win back players who have departed from the club. Andrulis is quite the character. Only a fool would continue to cheer on the individual tarnishing DC soccer. M.A., the cxo, seems to be getting some special treatment from ED above and beyond normal. DC soccer. M.A., the cxo, is his friend with benefits. It's high time this club hit the reset button and showed the door to everyone backing him and the cxo.
