I have never seen you to be anything other than a Russian bot. Time for you to go. See how that works? |
Well, you're probably driving by when the restaurant is closed, because when it's open that streetery is packed out. |
Does your word salad make sense to you? Did you hit your head real hard this morning? |
DC has virtually no safety, sanitation or aesthetic standards for streeteries. Compare Rosemary’s abomination or the rubble piles on Wisconsin Ave with streeteries in Alexandria, VA, New York and other places. Once again the D.C. government is inept or just looks the other way for unknown reasons. |
That’s not true at all. It’s not a hugely popular place in general (its upper NW DC…not exactly the most happening spot). The streatery is barely occupied these days. |
CT Ave, is already well on its way to vibrancy, so you're getting it one way or another. The only question is whether neighborhood amenities are going to survive the transition or get completely killed off by the one two punch of vibrancy and commuter traffic. |
This is hilariously untrue. It's at best half full during peak dining times and an empty eyesore the rest of the time. |
| When we walk by, it’s noticeable how the Rosemary Bistro streetery reeks of urine. |
What the actual f are you talking about, Carolyn Papetti? |
People are sure getting pissy about this sad streetery. |
|
Looks like they won't qualify for a permanent streatery under the guidelines posted by DDOT as Connecticut is rush hour restricted. That is very good news. Bad news, they can stay until next July (!)

| This whole issue is such a nothingburger. This past month I've driven past the streetery more than a dozen times, including during rush hour. Sure it blocks the right lane, but there are always cars parked or idling in that lane less than a block up. Not once was this lane unblocked enough to actually use. Who cares about this streetery when the lane is already unusable lol. |
During off hours street people are using this streetery as their street potty. |
I like the look. It's reminiscent of a shantytown with more exhaust smell. |
A real “streetepotty.” |
