No, just trying to speak to your language/arguments. You seem to think all these top level clubs will just play players by grade for recruiting -- this shows that isn't always the best move for them or their players BECAUSE the best answer is case-by-case. |
Again, its humorous how quickly you changed from playing with your age to having no issues with players playing with their grade as long as they can play a level down and beat up on the younger kids now and then. |
You completely misunderstand the example. If there's any guest-playing at all -- and it may not be needed -- it'd be if the misaligned player plays up going forward. I think your doing trying to obfuscate because you know I'm right but can't admit it. |
I've never waivered from case-by-case. There's another person who is just as extreme as you who just disagrees with you on every point. There's multiple people arguing with you (unless you're arguing with yourself). |
Hahahaha you are ridiculous. Players will play with their grade for college recruiting. Rostering players on two different teams at the same time is a recipe for disaster. First clubs make less money. Second parents hate it because one of the teams will have a player thats not paying team fees. |
You are responding to about 4-8 different people |
no need to roster on two different teams if in same club. |
You miss the point because you can't argue it. Top level Aug misaligned players who don't play up THIS UPCOMING YEAR because there's a star ahead of them on the depth chart will play on AGE. Grade will be meaningless for them. This is because they play for a top ECNL club that typically go to the playoffs and won't have problems with college recruiting. Parents have to accept it because multiple star players are moving and they'll want their kid to start. These clubs have no problems attracting players. $$$ is no issue unless they drive the player away because they're stuck on the bench. |
| This whole hypothetical underscores that it's talent and what happens on the field that needs to win out, not some extra rule. |
The only 4-8 different people are the voices in your head. Its just you trying to convince parents that playing down is a groovy new thing. Its not |
Well I'm not responding to you most of the time and others are, so w/o issue multiple people want you to stop stumping for a rule that only benefits your kid. She needs to improve not be saved by a rule you shoved through. |
| I bet dual rostering Aug birthday players on 2 levels of teams is why I never heard of players playing down pre 2017. Technically they werent playing down and most A team players would choose to play with the team that was their grade in school. But the crazy town parents foaming at the mouth for wins could see their kid beat up younger players now and then. |
Give it up everyone knows that its just you. |
All you need to do is re-read that soccer parenting article. It was clear. 5% of kids played misaligned, averaging about 1 per team. |
When you say SY+ for leagues for months, lose that, push for clubs to voluntarily go grade, lose that and then switch to try baiting kids who aren't ready to play up for what is clearly only being pushed to help you, yeah, there will be multiple people calling BS on you. |
