Based on what I've read here, McKngit seems determined to investigate this matter with transparency and integrity and hold those responsible to account.

She is one of those responsible—what is she planning to do to hold herself to account?

That doesn't seem accurate. This was going on long before her tenure. At least she's trying to clean this up unlike her predecessor.

How was she trying? She did nothing until the Post exposed what was going on. She had notice before article was printed and did NOTHING.
That is all on her.

He’s not going to get fired. My theory is that he has the goods on a number of high ranking people who ignored his sexual harassment and if fired he will take them down with him.

There were other Supervisory problems at Farquhar that Central Office knew about:

She oversaw this man’s promotion. The buck stops there.

That's not true at all. Just because she doesn't publicize these issues doesn't mean she isn't working night and day to address this and hold those responsible to account.

She greenlighted him for a promotion. How is that working night and day? Try a little harder.

A good question for MCPS to answer as well as whether other audits were problematic under his leadership. A Freedom of Information Act Request may be helpful if researching.

She promoted him. What are you talking about? His bad behavior didn’t start under her tenure it continued under her watch and SHE promoted him despite that. There’s no way she’s not culpable.

looks like Trish Pignone covered up alot and was a part of the dysfunction. Beidleman can’t take all the blame.
