Because Gorsuch wasn’t the vote that would overturn Roe, pure and simple.

Kavanaugh will be costly to Republicans in the midterms. If they overturn Roe, it will be twenty years before Republicans get near the Presidency again. Women are mad.

I watched the hearing with an open mind and came away with many deep seated concerns about Kavanaugh’s character.

Two things stood out: His highly partisan take was disappointing. It was also kind of surprising he deliberately lied about the drinking age at the time. That fact is easily checkable and shows that he kid.

Sens. Flake (R-AZ), Collins (R-ME), Murkowski (R-AK), and Manchin (D-WV) are expected to vote in favor of Kavanaugh. All the Republicans are voting yes. Also, in the rumor mill, several Democrats may break ranks and back Kavanaugh. That’s the ball game, folks.

He should be confirmed with a vote of 100-0.

Damn right women are mad. Millions of us are furious at the way this nominee has been treated. We’re sick of the games that have been used to assassinate the character and reputation of a good man. And, we will remember this for a LONG time. And, we vote.

Good. They should. There is NO reason why he should not be confirmed.

Don’t you find it odd that most women think he’s guilty but most men find him innocent?

My DH finds him to be disgusting. Consider the men you’re keeping ompany with.

Here’s my anecdote: DH believes her and thinks Kavanaugh is a mean drunk.

Mine too. And a big douche with awful hair.

I’m worried about what will happen if he isn’t confirmed. It seems as if he wants all of us to suffer. Is anyone else scared?

The ABA has now pulled its endorsement until an after an investigation. The tide seems to be turning.

The ABA is calling for a delay to allow an fbi investigation. Will that affect anything?

My DH knows Kavanaugh and dislikes him, which is why I said MOST instead of all.

Disliking someone doesn't mean they are a rapist. I am sure Brett dislikes your DH too.

Sadly BK will be on the SC and your DH will have a powerful enemy.

Yes - that’s the description of a man of great character and a leader of our country.

Total crap. If they were really worried about “the rule of law and due process under the law,” they would have spoken out long before now about how the media has convicted him with no evidence.

He is going to get rammed through. Disgusting.

Former Yale classmate about his blatant lying under oath as if it weren't obvious to all watching that he was evasive and lying: https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2018/09/28/lynne-brookes-kavanaugh-classmate-cuomo-cpt-intv-vpx-bts.cnn

I’m a woman who wouldn’t want her son dragged through the mud with absolutely no evidence and no corroboration. How silly of me as a woman, though.
