The British media are about to be bulldozed and rightfully so.
You know that picture of Meghan getting into a seaplane that the tabloids reported was her going to a resort? She went and spent the day at a homeless and domestic violence women's shelter. THIS is what she wanted to do all along with the BRF but they muzzled her so she wouldn't outshine Kate. Guess who was spotted in Vancouver today? Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle paid a visit to the Downtown Eastside Women's Centre, where she spent time discussing some of the issues affecting women. Image courtesy of Canadian press. |
Thank you for posting. Thank God that she is free! |
| She's going to be amazing. |
| Damage control. |
Actually the BRF would have been delighted if she did that sort of stuff. |
No, they would have labeled it attention-seeking and claimed that she endangered everyone. And then, they would have criticized her outfit. |
+1 So obvious. |
That's the tabloids, not the BRF. They're not the same. |
Funny she did and they ignored her. The Grenfell fire victims ring a bell? Meghan was visiting with them before she even married into the family. $1 million raised for the Hubb Community Kitchen and multiple visits to the center. Crickets from the BRF on a milestone achievement in under a year. Visit to the Luminary Bakery? It was brilliantly done - so much so that K/W copied the idea for their Merry Berry Christmas Special. Meghan was asked by the BRF to slow down, to stop working so much, no more texts at 8am. Jesus you'd think none of them had any idea how to work. Don't worry - now that she's free, she can work as much as she pleases. (And it won't bother K/W because these no longer count under engagement numbers - just Meghan doing good.) |
The tabloids ARE the BRF. Didn't you see the news on the Royal Rota? They are the official media outfits for the BRF and 4 out of 7 publications on the Rota are tabloids. |
Exactly. Has Megan ever done anything like this before wedding Harry? No. |
Except for the early morning texts, those were (mostly) all good things. How do you think you heard about them? |
