She is leading now but Goochland County has not reported at all and it leans Republican. |
This race was in my district. I voted all Dem, but could not vote for her. Wrote in Bob Shippee, the candidate she beat in the Primary. Concerned about her lack of judgment and naïveté, if she did not think her private life would be discovered and exploited. That said, I have no issues if she wins. |
She lost. Goochland votes did it. |
Ironic. Her method of achieving notoriety, and the reason for her defeat, were both “gooch” related. ![]() |
This is a pretty good outcome...Dems took back the House and we won't have to hear things like this anymore. |
Does this mean she’ll keep doing porn? I mean, her schedule is a lot freer now. |
NP but didn't care that a mailer was sent out except that it seemed ironic and irresponsible from the POV of a Republican party who purports to worry about kids accessing books in school libraries, then sends delicious mail home marked up on the front of the envelope to make it enticing for a kid to check it out. The hypocrisy of GOP was just... Interesting. |
It just demonstrates that they are full of crap. |
I am sad she lost, but at least we will always have her videos. |
If she wants...she's not a public figure anymore so I doubt anybody cares. |
Are they going to move out of the area?
I would literally change my name after this and move across the country. Are they both VA natives? |
There were no "explicit" mailers. OP was quickly debunked. |
I know that. It doesn't make what the GOP did any less hypocritical though, to send a letter direct to people's homes with clear indication of something juicy inside. Even if it wasn't actually a nude it would absolutely entice a kid to sneak to open the envelope and investigate her further or dig the letter out of the trash after the parent discarded it. Sending that mail absolutely resulted in plenty of kids looking her up and finding her stuff, sharing it amongst themselves Think of the Harry Potter books and how Professor Umbridge all but guaranteed kids would read the newspaper by publicly banning it. I don't care about books in libraries (big Judy Blume fan here, I read some of her banned books in elementary school). Nor porn nor the fact that this letter was mailed to families homes. I just think it's hypocritical for the GOP to have pulled this stunt given their usual hysterical "what about the children?!" platform. And kinda of amusing, TBH. and yet claim to care about t kids in |
