I'm not aware of any college that says they seek racial balance in admissions. They say they consider race for purposes of diversity.

There's a thing you don't know. There are people who do know. They have published emails and a phone number. If you don't ask them, it is for one reason: because you don't want to know the answer because it conflicts with your narrative.
