There are so many more unanswered questions. Besides his parents are still on the loose out there someplace. That doesn’t bother you?? |

Brian Laundrie’s parents may face their own charges.
I am still waiting to see if Brian’s recovered notebook was salvageable & if it was, what was written inside of it. |
| I'm curious about the manner of his death. Single gunshot wound, but no gun recovered? That's different. |

Remember the police traffic stop that occurred in Moab on August 12th?
The one where Gabby + Brian were stopped and questioned?? Well after Gabby was found deceased, the Moab Police Department brought in an independent outside agency to review the incident footage to decide if the officers involved in the video handled the situation properly. The agency was supposed to have issued a report by now but now they are stating it will be available next wk. Also Brian’s parents home was NOT for sale - that was a rumor according to their attorney. They also are claiming that Brian had a checking/savings bank account with $20,000 in it and are trying to access that. Along with the notebook that was found by Brian’s skeletal remains. Gabby’s Mother Nicole Schmidt wants Gabby’s belongings that are left in the Landry home still, however they unfortunately need to go through legal channels to gain access to them. Stay tuned. 🤞🏽 |
It is currently in the possession of the FBI. The Laundrie’s are reportedly trying to retrieve it. The mere fact that the FBI has had it this long kinda speaks volumes to me (at least) that the writings inside must have been salvaged. |

No one is even remotely interested in this case anymore.
All of the unanswered questions have already been mostly answered. Gabby was strangled by Brian. Brian went home and told his folks about it so they in turn hired an attorney. Brian took a gun out of the house and went hiking on a nature reserve. He specifically told his parents which one so that they would find his deceased body stat. He didn’t count on being submerged and thus hidden for the entire next month. In the interim, people tried to make this “story” as scandalous as ever. Some even wanted a second career. Dog the Bounty Hunter was trying to convince the public that Brian was still alive and on the lam. He almost got a reality show from it. Whereas John Walsh and his son were on the nightly news channels telling us that Brian’s parents were siphoning ca$h to him and that he was either out of the country or close to it. And of course, there were these ordinary people on T.V. reporting that they had spotted Brian. As a hitchhiker, etc. One guy was so SURE that he had run into Brian driving a pick-up truck. Fifteen minutes of undeserved temporary fame is all anyone sought. Then Brian was found and everyone focused on the next true crime that occurred. |
| Of course it was. |
I'm just revisiting my comment above from page 1. So, he is guilty. And it didn't work. He didn't get away with it - he's dead as a doornail. Now they just need to figure out how/why he was able to sneak off and kill himself, i.e. his parents. |
| I'm curious about what he wrote. Was he remorseful, why did he do it. What drive him to murder. |

He admitted to killing her according to notes in his journal. FBI hasn't released other details. Both families came to an agreement on their belongings.

I doubt that anyone on here believes that someone other than Brian Laundrie viciously murdered Gabby Petito.
I saw the report last wk on the investigation on the police traffic stop in Moab Aug. 12th and it said that the officers made unintentional mistakes. It said that they should have arrested Gabby as the aggressor/subject & taken her to jail. I find it odd that anyone would think that now knowing what eventually occurred. I know all of us have the luxury of hindsight but it is my opinion that Gabby needed someone to talk to vs. being led away in handcuffs. One of the police officers 👮🏻♂️ had only been on the job a few mos. He was a rookie + was being trained. I do feel bad for him. Both cops say they are absolutely shattered knowing what the outcome was in this situation. Sad for everyone. Everyone except Brian. |
I feel like he did get away with it. Died on his own terms. But agree with your second part. |

I think we have all come to the final chapter in this very tragic saga.
Apparently Brian Laundrie had confessed in writing (in the notebook that was found by his remains) that he had indeed killed Gabby. Not that anyone is really surprised by this fact. 😔 And the FBI stated that they have no other persons except Brian that they can connect w/Gabby’s death. I still wonder why Brian Laundrie is not a suspect in the sad shooting death of that same-sex Female couple in Moab, UT August 14th…. Just a mere two days after Gabby + Brian’s infamous traffic stop. I wonder why Brian was eventually ruled out as a suspect. |
