To clarify, the STA FOGO (who is quite good) was out with an injury, and they don't have a backup at his level so SJC ran the table on face-offs.

I'm (a) not a dad; (b) don't have and have never had a child at St. Albans; and (c) have never met the St. Albans face-off man's family. Given how fast things on this board deteriorate, I was trying to forestall any misinterpretation of the statement "St. Albans FOGO couldn't play. lost every face off" to make it clear that it referenced an injury and was not a slam on the regular starter's ability. Just because you see the world through jackass-tinted glasses doesn't mean everyone does.

Nothing soft about the Bullis schedule. It's the same as all the other major local teams. The only difference is that Bullis....doensnt have to play Bullis.

O'Neill is a good coach, but needs to do a lot more for a lot longer. Wes Speaks earned the SJ job on his own and has proven he is a very good coach. Nothing "bought" about his team's accomplishments.

SJC has been playing very well the past 2 years. Coach Speaks hopefully can keep the team trending up. St Johns next test will be Paul VI. Good luck Cadets.
