I am a white male job hunting and there are now Diversity and Inclusion recruiters. The jobs are not posted and they only reach out to women and minority women is a double plus.

Job is no posted anywhere, and recruiters are told no white makes.

Annoying as I see women and such post up on LinkedIn they got a new job that I should have at least interviewed for.

And whites women are now being stigmatized. But preferred also being given, gbkt, vets, etc

A middle aged straight white male who is not a veteran can’t find work. In fact can’t even see the jobs as not posted.

Also it starts in 11 grade as a white male can’t even get into a good college

Oh I don't believe it. There are plenty of jobs out there and colleges that are good and available to you. Now, the question is are you shooting at a target higher than you are qualified for and expecting that you should get whatever you want rather than what you are actually qualified to get? I hear a lot of white men always complaining about what they don't get but I really do not see them hustling, putting in the time, work, and energy that some female or minority counterparts do. As an HR Director, I do understand we are looking for flexible, willing and open-minded candidates for the positions we desire to fill. We are no longer interested in inflexible thinking and narrow-mindedness as it harms our company when we work with global partners.

Good luck. The rest of the world gives far less shits about diversity. The East and China will be the main drivers of the world economy in the future because they hire the best people for jobs only, or people get into the top institutions based on their aptitudes only. They don't give you bonus points for checking off an identity box in any one of the 200000 categories that now exist.
