The report said the "boyfriend" drove her to the clinic. It would be interesting to know how old the "boyfriend" is/was.

VA law requires a direct report to CPS. Indirect to supervisor is not what law requires. Teachers - even in private schools - are mandatory reporters.

Do we know who the social worker is? I am very curious because one of my kids years ago was put in a pull out group with a social worker she found really creepy. I inquired why my daughter (age 7 at the time) was put in this group and she said she was not allowed to disclose due to HiPAA or something.WTF? I finally found it was social skills and she was there to help a child struggling and be a mentor. They didn't ask my daughter if she wanted this assignment and didn't ask me. I am fine wit my daughter helping others and my daughter probably would have been willing to try it out, but the way it was done was gross and disturbing. The social worker was very rude to me.
