What I find annoying about folks like you is your ignorance of other diseases that shape knowledge of Covid. Many of the initial guidelines were ones that foreign public health officials used for MERS and SARS. You also can’t seem to recognize that information and guidance changes as more is known about an emerging disease.

It has been documented and these violations of our 1A rights are now making their way through the courts.
