You aren't allowed to make false claims about products, you aren't allowed to falsely hold yourself out to be a physician, engineer, attorney, you aren't allowed to threaten to kill or harm someone or their property and so on.  1A is not absolute and the courts and lawmakers have NEVER considered 1A to cover harmful and destructive lies.[/quote]
