Should Biden even continue as POTUS?

Mueller's investigation was drip, drip, drip too until it dried up at the end. Why would Hur's investigation be any different?

“…how anyone could be that irresponsible.” Biden on 60 minutes September 2022 talking about the classified documents found at Mar a Lago. Words going to come back to bite him.

The yeah but Trumpers refuse to concede what was stored and done just as irresponsible. The fact these were found on November 2nd by an apparent non code word cleared lawyer BEFORE the election and not released to the press until now certainly shows election tampering and influence.

So shameful of a sitting not former president to be involved in such a scandal.

Biden knows he's protected by the corrupt corporate media.

Over a dozen indictments on the limited stuff Mueller was allowed to pursue. That's hardly "dry" and produced far more than Durham or any Republican investigation of the last 15+ years ever did.

BUT REMEMBER - Mueller was yanked back from pursuing investigation in many more target-rich environments like Trump's banking and foreign business entanglements (which included Russian oligarchs)

Democrats wanted Trump held liable for possessing classified documents, but now that Biden has been caught doing the same, it’s SO different.

Republicans claimed Trump’s possession of classified docs was NBD, but it’s a huge deal now that Biden’s been doing it too.

Not a single scruple or moral to be found among both parties.

Sorry your take doesn't even pass a smell test. Trump has some explaining to do. Biden is a open and close case.

You guys are dense AF. Possession is not the crime. The proof so far is that Trump lied about having any documents, obstructed attempts to search for documents, then said the classified documents belong to him personally, and that Biden’s staff packed up his office and mistakenly kept some classified briefing documents. Anything beyond that is conjecture or wishful thinking.

This is incorrect. Mishandling classified IS a crime. Go store classified in your garage and see what happens.

Knowingly, intent, etc. Stop repeating nonsense.

Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

Knowingly -- there were TOP SECRET STAMP on each document, Biden will have a hard time to prove that he had no knowledge.
Intent - Documents stayed there for years. If he removed them to prepare for briefing and returned them the very next day, that would be a different story and no one would imply intent from that situation. Holding the documents for several years in an unauthorized location is a crime.

Not a lawyer here, but this sounds logical.

In what world do you people think Biden
A) packed those boxes
B) moved them anywhere

It’s entirely possible he has never at any point so much as touched them.

Also I don’t know why people keep posting about each page being marked top secret etc.
we don’t know anything about these pages.

The documents might contain Biden’s PII. That would probably explain why it’s marked “Top Secret” and why his office would want to retain it. Anything related to PII of POTUS or VP is probably marked TS in a rote manner.

Saw some boneheaded comment claiming Mueller dropped all charges. In what fake news did you read that? Don't you recall Manafort and others going to jail?

Hunter or Eric most likely

Who leaked and why? Someone, maybe, who doesn’t like the president’s chances against likely nominees Kemp or DeSantis?

What is your evidence that Biden knowingly removed the documents given that he information released so far indicates the boxes were packed by staffers and that it’s not clear they were touched after they were moved?
