A third set of classified documents found. Great. |
From the Washington Post article:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2023/01/12/biden-classified-documents-found-explained/ Biden’s lawyers notified government agencies, and the Justice Department opened an investigation to see how the classified material got to the Penn Biden Center and whether there was any other material that should be kept under government lock and key. Attorney General Merrick Garland assigned Chicago U.S. Attorney John R. Lausch Jr., who was nominated by Trump, to oversee a review of the case. |
Biden had no power to declassify when he took the documents. Trump did |
Pandora’s box is wide open now. |
Trump may have had the power, but he didn't actually declassify them |
What crime? And yes, it does mitigate. |
Third set found. You run with that ![]() |
And if you refuse to give them back when asked it doesn’t matter if they’re declassified or not. |
So far classified documents found:
1. Biden Penn Center 2. Delaware Garage (next to Biden’s Corvette) 3. Adjacent room to Delaware Garage |
It’s not illegal to accidentally have classified documents. It’s illegal to take them and refuse to give them back. |
There is no such thing as the bolded. |
I mostly agree here...but I believe that Biden did not have a clearance from 2017 until 2020 when he became the Dem nominee. |
Looking forward to this investigation. |
