And? What if your daughter's roommate did nothing while your kid got murdered. She was safely locked in her room. Her inaction for seven hours inexcusable.

She lived in a party house with a bunch of roommates, and drunken shenanigans at all hours. She knew enough to feel nervous but obviously never imagined MURDERS were taking place. Ffs some of you people are heartless.

No, I read the evidence. It's heartless to hide in your room like a coward.

Yeah, I wonder what is up with that - that is almost impossible to explain.

No, it’s not. House was a party house. She always locked her doors due to the traffic and parties. And a mask over the nose and mouth doesn’t make people blink anymore.

Again, you are thinking about it from your perspective, someone with logic/sensibility. He was on a mission. This is premeditated, methodically planned out. He was on the exit part of the “operation“. Killing someone else for collateral damage risking leaving behind more evidence, and interrupting his “timeline“ or operation.

Agree.I posted same upthread. So odd after murdering 4 people in 10 minutes. But fortunately that’s what happened.

I wouldn’t call it Odd, he’s a sociopath. That’s what make these things so scary is that the behavior does not make any sense in any way to a normal mind. True sociopaths are rare, and it’s frightening what they are capable of.

DP here. No, it’s odd. Especially if it comes out that one/some of the victims were targeted and others were not.

nk anymore.

DP here. I would agree if all 4 victims were targeted. But I don’t think they were. So if he already murdered “extra” people it makes no sense why he’d leave her. We are not going to know unless/untill we know motive, which we may never know.

There are lots of reasons why he might not have killed her. Maybe Xana drew blood or ripped his gloves in self defense and he wanted to get out without leaving his own blood skin there, Maybe he had a set timeline in his head for get in and out (remember this guy is pretty rigid) and wanted to stick to it, maybe he didn't see her, maybe the attack already hadn't gone as planned with Xana awake and he was rattled, maybe he thought Xana or the awake roommate had already called 911 and he needed to get out before police came (he left at high speed), etc etc. There is no way to know really.

I don’t think he saw her.

Y’all are so warped. No one is wearing masks, in a residence at 4am in 2022, even in “liberal areas.” I haven’t worn a mask indoors in a private residence since I was vaccinated spring of 2021. Nor have I seen anyone else do it.

But if you are living in a party house and your mind is struggling to make sense of what you just saw, what makes more sense: my roommate had a weird guy over who is wearing a covid mask or a psycho killer just killed my roommates and is trying to hide his identity? I can only imagine if she called the cops with this story (weird but not threatening noises, guy walking through house wearing surgical mask), even if they did go out on the call, they would have told her to drink a glass of water, go to bed, and never bother them about this cr*p again because they aren't her mommy and daddy.

So your theory is you she knew her roommates were being murdered and specifically chose not to call (rather than she didn’t know or was hiding/terrified)? Because that’s absurd.

+1 the noises that she heard do not indicate murder. Not sure why some people are fixed on the roommate. It seems that Even if she called 911, they wouldn’t survive.

Was it actually a "party house" or are we calling it a party house because it had 6 people living there?

Has this been proven by the autopsy report? Lots of people survive horrific attacks when you think they wouldnt have.

You did not go to college?

Everyone knows what a party house is.

My guess is that she was intoxicated enough to be unsure what was really happening and second guessing what she saw. She knew something was off but not what - a bit of crying, a dog barking, a couple weird comments, a stranger in the house. She ended up falling asleep (due to drinking) and woke up the next morning. Tried texting her roommates and got no reply and got scared to come out now putting 2 and 2 together that those things last night must have meant something. Eventually came out of her room, saw the bodies, went outside and fainted and someone called 911

Her ID testimony will be thrown out from the court.

Are you asking if there was an outside sign "Party House"? Yes, we are calling it a party house based on the people who live there and based on the activity what was going on there.

Friend of a friend's kids go there. They have described it as a party house. I'm good with that.

We don’t know that she ID’d him. That does central to any conviction.
