the reality is that if you hold JD to the "woman's evidence standard," where does he come out?
Did he call the police and report her? No.
Does he have medical reports? ... only for AUS and those reports say that he injured himself and he was impaired...
Does he have pictures? one on the Orient Express....
Did he tell his therapists that AH was abusing him? No.

so under a strict evidence standard all JD has done is show inconsistencies in AH's testimony- he has not
made a great case for himself as a victim IMO.

Except for the fact that she talks about hitting him in recorded statements?!

Best evidence of all and she can’t say with a straight face she only did it defensively. Not with the recording of her taunting him about saying he was abused. I still think he was abusive. So was she.

The witnesses that helped her try to stage dv and fake bruises, called TMZ to be at the courthouse? 4 cops with bodycams, 2 separate calls, did not see any of this. They were trying to blackmail JD so they could all continue living free in the penthouses. I don't believe these witnesses. I am very curious to hear from the jury!

In Australia, glassing can get years of jail time. This is why at the time JD didn't say Amber cut his finger off. She was already in trouble with the authorities for illegally smuggling her dogs in. There is a recording of Amber saying she did it, but it wasn't allowed in evidence because Jerry Judge's voice is in it and he has passed away.

I worked with one, had to change jobs, he did the same exact thing. I would say, Mike said this, and I had notes, and he would say, in front of all the staff, I never said that, I never did that. Wanted me to write a report about a missing document that I took somewhere... and when I asked to see the dates I was on vacation the whole week! I was lucky to run away, but he is till running a smear campaign against me.

Yesterday a poster was arguing that no one here believes only women get abused. This seems to be what you believe?? Have you heard all the evidence? Good for your daughter to have open eyes and ears!

SO many people here are taking sides without having watched the trial. I listened to the entire thing and whether JD wins or loses based on the technicalities of defamation, I truly believe AH is a liar, an abuser and someone who concocted this entire thing for fame and to take him down. She does not speak for victims of DV. She's awful.

Can you post a link to support this? It does nit make any sense on its own as a grounds to exclude evidence.

I think neither should win (I think he abused her but I also think there’s good evidence a lot of her claims are a hoax) but if either of them does, damages should definitely been $1.
