A lot of critiques of Kamala Harris are rooted in some sexism and racism, I think.
With that said, her staff is not that great since she keeps stepping into situations that feed this sexism and racism. |
Oh yes Pence “ran the COVID task force” which did a terrible job AND Trump was the one at the press conferences every day. Trump put him in charge in an attempt to make it all his fault and then still couldn’t bear sharing the spotlight. Also, Pence let AIDS run rampant in Indiana while he was governor so he was a terrible pick to be in charge. |
A terrible job yet the situation hasn't vastly improved under Harris or Biden and I'm sure you took the vax developed under the Trump presidency. |
The situation has vastly improved for those who are vaccinated. And I took the Pfizer vaccine which had nothing to do with the Trump presidency. |
Nice try, but no. You can't just wave away criticism of a politician on baseless claims of sexism and racism. |
I've never heard more glittering generalities and platitudes. If this was scripted, fire that person immediately. If she came up with her own dialog, then she's a moron. |
Ah, yes, the magic vaccine |
Everything in the country is much better than a year ago except in the South where Republican Governors want their residents to catch Covid and threaten local governments and school boards before dying preventable deaths. |
You can't call her that without being a racist and sexist. |
A) It has improved. B) R's are complaining about wearing a strip of cloth over their faces. They'd scream bloody murder if forced to take the vax. By and large it's those people refusing and prolonging this pandemic. Pence was terrible. And the administration knew it was a deadly, transmissible virus. And lied about it. Fact. |
Look, the D's may lose control of Congress next year. That is typical for the President's party. Happened for GWB, Obama, and Trump. Hardly "ass handed to you" territory. But lbh here, D's are always subject to a different set of rules. What applies to one party, somehow gets disparately applied. Debt Ceiling. Government funding. Judicial and Executive appointments. Complete obstruction. Just to note a few. And when deemed "unsuccessful" are promptly skewered. D's could do a lot better with messaging (again). But, this situation is not the result of failure, inactions, or anything else. |
What situation? The border crisis? The debacle in Afghanistan? The supply chain issue that Psaki said "the president has been working 24 hours a day on" and yet is still a disaster? The virus that Biden said "he would shut down the virus... not the economy?" Inflation? The rise in gas prices? TBH - each one of the crises I listed are of Biden's making. He CAUSED them. |
Keep dreaming, nothing is better is accept for the availability of vaccines, which Joe Brandon had nothing to do with. |
You think the Trump administration with its famous attention to detail and competence at the normal workings of government could have rolled out the vaccine like Biden’s administration did? Trump stood with CEOs on March 13, 2020 and said he had a plan to have covid testing in every one of their 32,000 locations. By June there were only 1300. https://www.npr.org/2020/06/01/865510819/little-progress-made-in-trumps-plan-for-private-retailers-to-test-for-coronaviru |
