Notably other teams like Integrity have not signed up either. |
| Skywalkers, Stars, Integrity are all not showing up for 2027 NGLL, seems odd. |
Add Renegades to that list as well. Looks like Skywalkers is registered for 26 and 28s but thats it. Really hard to believe those other bigger clubs are not registered. Sounds like some real incompetence at those clubs. |
Is it incompetence at the clubs or Robinson Sports? |
Are you implying Robinson sports is not keeping the team registration list up to date? Looks to me that a few clubs are being mismanaged. |
No need to imply. They are not competent. Case in point they registered Coppermine 2029 Black in 2028 A and later had to fix it. It’s not a leap of imagination to wonder if teams have registered and they just cannot be bothered to update the information. |
Why should they feel compelled to update the information in real time? For onlookers like us? As long as it's all in and correct once registration is closed, seems like they've done their job. |
Not to mention they have until March to get it all worked out. |
Too much credit is given to clubs and thinking they are well run or organized. |
|
What do the teams get that registered early? Isn't all that matters that they are registered by the deadline?
It's one thing to be near the deadline but still on time especially when there is no limit on number of teams; it's another to try to do it late/after the fact. |
| Well, when you have teams like Rebels still looking to essentially fill full teams, I can see why they are slow to register (just saw something yesterday about Supplemental tryouts for them...) |
| Curious that both Next Level and Stars still aren't registered. NGLL is big for all 8th grade teams and younger. I can't imagine paying all of that money and not playing. |
| I am thinking some of these teams are still figuring out if they want to register A league or B league? |
|
Evidently Robinson Sports is close to being bought. Maybe some clubs are waiting to see assuming NGLL may not be a green light under new ownership, but I would assume that NGLL happens no matter what as it is a big deal and money maker.
|
Equally so, it seems a stretch to suggest that just because a club does not show up as registered that somehow they are poorly run. People need to chill out. |
