Agreed. The sooner you accept reality the better.

I think the 2-3 people still posting here are delusional. Who cares about any of this sh*t? This was a decent thread until the aholes found it.

As complete teams, Pride, Stars and NL are not in the same ballpark as the top MD teams, who each have several superstar players and very deep rosters. But there are girls on Pride, Stars and NL who are fast, strong, and skilled enough that they one day will play D1 college lacrosse. These girls may not now have the same skills as the superstars on the top MD team, but they certainly could "make" a top MD team.

Yes. Exactly the point I tried to make earlier. The top MD teams are complete teams with deep benches. The point made about the top players on NL, Pride and Stars was that they could make the top teams not that they are the best players, etc. One person (I suspect and hope it’s a kid) flips out anytime anyone mentions anything remotely positive particularly about NL. Oh well.

Pride and Stars played in most of the same tournaments this past summer, just not in the same bracket. It is hard to compare NL when they play Pride or Stars or any other common opponents 1 time per year in NGLL.

You’re back? You don’t seem to be a parent on Stars, Pride or Next Level so why are you here? You like to troll 7th grade girls lacrosse threads? Loser.

Wrong on all accounts.

but nice deflecting. NL parents love to boast at how they are better than stars and pride but then get your feathers in a ruffle anytime some one asks what teams you will actually be playing.

I am an NL parent and I wish we played better tournaments in the Fall and Summer. Having said that, NL went 3-5 in one of the most difficult divisions in the NGLL in the country. I agree with one of the PP that they have 2-3 really good players. I also think Pride as a team is better coached and a better team based on watching them play the ‘28s in the Beach Blast tournament last year. Beyond that, I genuinely do not understand the vitriol on this thread.

NL beat 3 teams in NGLL play, the record of those three teams was a combined 3-21. There were too many teams in NGLL A. too much of a disparity.

NL best win was 10-6 over Skywalkers (according to the USLax math).

Being ranked #26 nationally is not bad at all, and there's something to build on.

Order of competitive teams: Pride, Next Level, Stars. Pride is an A team and plays an A schedule all year and Stars plays the weakest schedule. Next Level is an A/B team and was in A as they won NGLL B in 2021. Stars is a B team. All 3 will get placed in A again for NGLL but won't have much success.

Maybe true, but NL definitely has the best players with 2 or 3 that are good enough to play on literally any team. Pride has maybe 1 and Stars has 0.

I watched NL ‘28 play twice. They have one very good defender and one good attack. Is that their strength? Am I missing something?

All due respect, why are they staying with NL then?

Because who the hell wants to drive to Howard County for stupid 6-7th grade lacrosse? People have lives outside of kids activities.
