Yes, yes they do and BLC folks have been claiming this for years, every time they get a decent team it starts up. |
So this part doesn't really make a lot of sense because BLC just started the middle school program with the 2026 class. So not sure how they could have been "claiming this for years". It is true that the 2026 team playe din the B bracket in the NGLL but isn't the point that Next Level didn't even play in the NGLL? |
| BLC ends in 8th but is hoping to then feed into Capital Lacrosse.....i mean they try out of course but they are trying to build a relationship |
| So is Next Level playing in the NGLL this year? Hearing girls are leaving MC Elite and going there but not sure why if they don't even play at the same level? Does anyone have any insight? |
Curious to know where you went? Sounds like you went to a great program |
| I know some BLC and MC girls tried out for NL this summer - not sure why the possible switches but I think NL girls is up and coming. We have been happy with the program and you can’t beat the convenience, which is a priority for us. |
People claimed it about the 2023s back when they were in 5th grade and other years before then. |
Curious to hear what NL teams got girls from MC or BLC. |
| 26 and some 27 |
| So does anyone know the plan for Next Level? Do they plan to play in the NGLL now? |
| Bump...curious about the bracket and league |
No MC 2026 A team girls are going over to next level. Don’t know about B team or 2027. |
| We know a few families that left NL for MC. They said that NL is a mess. |
| PP -- we know a few families that left MC for NL. Sounds like the grass is always greener! |
I echo previous posters: NL provides a different experience than MC Elite, Stars or Pride. it is close in and not as serious. This is a great option if convenience is a big factor or you prefer a less serious program. Probably comparable to B teams in terms of lax. the other clubs play in higher brackets and are more of a commute for city kids. Also geared towards girls who want to play in college or at least start on their high school teams. The better model is the one that works for your daughter and family. |
