Amazing to see the MAGA spin and cope, trying to make Trump being found guilty of sexual assault, and malicious defamation. Yet the MAGAs are trying to make this somehow about "leftists" and "Dems."

Sorry but this has nothing to do with leftists or Dems. It's about one and only one thing, Trump's acts and deeds. Trump has been a shytty person for his entire life. And now it's finally catching up to him.

Dressing rooms in the 1990's in high end stores were not locked.

There is no guilty or innocent in civil suits. They could not find him 'guilty' (using your terms)of rape, given her statements. What they did was simply believe her over him - there is no proof of any kind, just words. And of course leftist juries will find him 'guilty' (your words) in a lower Manhattan court of law. No one believed any jury in NYC would find him 'not guilty' (your terms).

The malicious defamation bit is going to be fun, given all the things stated about say, Don Jr., being on coke, etc, and left on this board. And I know a news individual constantly being called a liar here (no, not Tucker ) who could easily come after this board for malicious defamation. And others as well, given the stories written were not only true, but brought down some pretty important people. I've walked many times into a quiet empty, unlocked dressing room in Saks or Nordstrom so no, they aren't always staffed with a dressing room attendant and locked doors.

I don't remember doors in dressing rooms in general being locked until early 2000s, maybe....it was not at all routine to be locked the way they are now.

The Trumps are free to sue the guy who worked on the Apprentice and has tweeted about Trump Sr wearing a diaper and Jr using coke, but so far they haven’t filed any defamation lawsuits against him, even though they love to threaten to sue people. I wonder why?

Too bad you weren't on the jury, hearing the actual evidence, that actually convinced these people that Trump actually assaulted E Jean and actually defamed her, and actually owes her $5 million. No matter. It's generally pretty common to find an unlocked dressing room door if the doors don't automatically swing shut and relock. I recall nursing my son easily in a Saks dressing room ten years ago where I walked in and nobody was around and it was blissfully peaceful. Large dept stores often have one sales attendant covering a whole section of the floor so they are usually on the floor and you hunt them down if the door is locked, or just use the dressing room if it's not. I don't remotely find it unbelievable to access an unlocked dressing room in a fancy dept store back then. People are just making up reasons to disbelieve her, but this assertion doesn't disprove anything to me, a not particularly rich shopper who occasionally browses in nicer dept stores.
