There is no guilty or innocent in civil suits. They could not find him 'guilty' (using your terms)of rape, given her statements. What they did was simply believe her over him - there is no proof of any kind, just words. And of course leftist juries will find him 'guilty' (your words) in a lower Manhattan court of law. No one believed any jury in NYC would find him 'not guilty' (your terms).

The malicious defamation bit is going to be fun, given all the things stated about say, Don Jr.,  being on coke, etc, and left on this board. And I know a news individual constantly being called a liar here (no, not Tucker  :roll: ) who could easily come after this board for malicious defamation. And others as well, given the stories written were not only true, but brought down some pretty important people. The problem with situations like this (allowed due to a changing of a law no less) is that they can spectacularly backfire. Ask Harry Reid.[/quote]
