Even without the players that vandalized the house. |
| The top tier MIAA schools are very strong. |

I thought no Gonzaga lacrosse players were involved with the vandalism during the retreat.

Surprising that St Andrews made it a close score v Landon. Nice win for Bullis, and surprising that off season turmoil doesn’t seem to be a factor in seAson. SSSA’s win is surprising. Might not be a rebuilding year after all. STA win just means Next Level is the new kid in town and Club Blue is now Club Who? lOL! |
It was members from the CREW team, not lax. Get your story straight, PP. |
Oops. Not you, PP. My error. I thought I was responding to 21:02. Sorry. |

Based on coaching history i would pick O’Neill and Gonzaga over Prep. Urick has underperformed. O’Neill has an established “program” that identifies and develops talent consistently. Urick seems lazy and does neither... |
| Prep has more talent this year and upgraded its coaching staff during the offseason. This is Prep’s year to win it. |
Landon historically empties its bench as soon as it has an opportunity. The better measuring stick might be the score after 2 or 3 quarters. |
| I had the impression that Landon was out to win. Not apparent they emptied their bench yesterday. |
+1. Landon hasn't emptied their bench in years as the popularity of lax has increased in this area and games have gotten closer. Bordley always said his practices were better than most of the games they played. And it's tough when you carry 40 players year over year to empty the bench. |

I had heard from a few Saint Andrews parents that they played Bullis very competitive in a scrimmage. Saint Andrews did beat DeMatha by a good margin in a scrimmage last week. Given these are scrimmages and its hard to take much from them, it does show the Saint Andrews lacrosse program is on the rise. They do have 4 D1 players in their current 2019 class which is very impressive.
Bottom line, Landon is just not that good this year. They are a very young team and lost a HOF coach. Landon is going to be in rebuilding mode for the next 2 seasons. |
I was there. Landon did sub in players who normally would not be in during a competitive game. They even changed out their senior goalie for a while. |
| Or maybe the a kicking they got forced a few kids to get a look. |
