Good. They should. There is NO reason why he should not be confirmed.

Don’t you find it odd that most women think he’s guilty but most men find him innocent?

Here’s my anecdote: DH believes her and thinks Kavanaugh is a mean drunk.

Mine too. And a big douche with awful hair.

I wish the SJC had called in the FBI for the investigation in to this. That is what Dr. Ford asked for. ALL of his victims have asked for that. Not him though.

Agree! But, Feinstein chose to hold onto the letter and not share. They would have referred it to the FBI, had she shared it.

Oh, you mean the way they referred it to the FBI when they did find out? Was that before or after they got Whelan working on the paying his friend off while they slam his name in a mistaken identity twitter fest?
I am unclear on the timeline.

My DH knows Kavanaugh and dislikes him, which is why I said MOST instead of all.

Disliking someone doesn't mean they are a rapist. I am sure Brett dislikes your DH too.

Sadly BK will be on the SC and your DH will have a powerful enemy.

Praying!

In which direction?

Np.

I think he will be confirmed and I think it will end badly for everyone.

Should I have done this? Should I have done that? Are my staff pulling the wool over my eyes like that Chinese spy did for 20 years?

Poor little concern troll.

I’m a woman and I know he’s innocent. Same with my best friend. And, several others.
I was at a function earlier this evening. Everyone, without exception, was disgusted by the behavior of the Dems. Everyone there was talking about it.

I feel pretty badly for the Reps. This was the best they could do? Ouch.

And yet you worship a President who lies thousands of times as often as Blumenthal does. Save it.

Omg that made me LOL! You clearly have no idea who we are. Lol.

This isn't over yet. Lots of talk among Yalies about how Kavanaugh lied - especially about his drinking. Also, a rumor of another allegation of sexual misconduct.

I believe fully and wholeheartedly she is lying.

Well she did lie about flying. Supposedly she didn’t want to come to DC because she would have to fly. Turns out she flew to DC in the summer to see family in Rehoboth and has flown to many destinations around the world

I completely believe the assault occurred, but she has no evidence of who did it. The fact that she fell apart for the remainder of high school and two years of college never raised her parents concern or that of a Holton-Arms Arms counselor. People of her SES would have had her at a shrink.

I know - why??

Crickets. She's just fine about flying all over the world. She lied again and again. Sad.

I’m terrified of flying and avoid air travel at costs. But I am still planning a trip to Jamaica in two years and Hawaii in four years. I imagine in that four year time I will also have to board a plane to LA once or twice and Ohio at least twice.

And again, flying is horrific for me and I try to avoid it. But I’m not going to let my anxiety completely control my life and never visit the ones I love or miss out on experiences. And yet I won’t travel for work unless mandatory.

you are applying current UMC parenting from now to back then. Back then no one was dxed with anxiety. Parents didn't take kids to a shrink for falling grades. That was the 80s. Very different time.

Disagree, op. I’m the same age, went to a mediocre public high school in flyover country and that was not my experience. It was the 1980s, not the 1890s.

Cool story, bro. Every woman I know - including GOP women - believes Ford and thinks Kavanaugh is a total douche and has anger issues.

No witnesses and no corroboration.

What leg are most of you standing on? Can anyone honestly address that without some kind of name-calling?
