Good. They should. There is NO reason why he should not be confirmed.

Don’t you find it odd that most women think he’s guilty but most men find him innocent?

I believe fully and wholeheartedly she is lying.

Well she did lie about flying. Supposedly she didn’t want to come to DC because she would have to fly. Turns out she flew to DC in the summer to see family in Rehoboth and has flown to many destinations around the world

I completely believe the assault occurred, but she has no evidence of who did it. The fact that she fell apart for the remainder of high school and two years of college never raised her parents concern or that of a Holton-Arms Arms counselor. People of her SES would have had her at a shrink.

I know - why??

Crickets. She's just fine about flying all over the world. She lied again and again. Sad.

And laughed while she said it. That was weird as hell.

Her lawyers hid many things from her. They didn't tell her that they had used her inability to fly as a stalling tactic. They didn't tell her that Grassley had offered that the committee come and interview her in CA.

That's what it takes to beat filth like you.
No one but Trump could beat a dirty dealer like Clinton.
More like Trump will beat the Democrat dirty dealers.

Polite, honest conservatives are no match for the scumballs.

I think what we are learning from Roy Moore, Kavanaugh, etc., is that Trump’s idiotic tactics only work for Trump. Everyone else drowns in that sea of stupid but he treads water. It’s sad that you seem to have learned the opposite lesson.

I don't think anyone is shocked that the Republicans are doubling down on entitled misogynists who aren't fit for the job. That's been adequately demonstrated at this point.

That’s all they have in the GOP!

And their wives who think their husbands respect them.

I wish the SJC had called in the FBI for the investigation in to this. That is what Dr. Ford asked for. ALL of his victims have asked for that. Not him though.

Agree! But, Feinstein chose to hold onto the letter and not share. They would have referred it to the FBI, had she shared it.

Unlikely.

Good. They should. We all know what it means not to hear from Judge. There's no reason he shouldn't get voted down now instead of later.

Here’s my anecdote: DH believes her and thinks Kavanaugh is a mean drunk.

No need to pity me or any of my Republican friends. We are doing quite well. I have totally control over my body and my husband has the utmost respect for me. And, he is no “good ol’ boy.” Nor are any of the Republican men I know.

Nice stereotyping, though.

You support the misogyny of the GOP?

Ha ha ha. Gorsuch had no problems. But you know his hobbies weren't getting drunk and raping people so there is that!

Here’s the thing.... We don’t really know if “Gorsuch had no problems.” Same with the other justices. Because, when a complaint or a letter like the one Dr. Ford sent comes in, the SJC deals with it, has FBI investigate it if necessary - CONFIDENTIALLY - and the general public never knows. We would have never heard about the information about the crazy loon in RI if someone hadn’t leaked that information and the SJC had to put out the interviews.
So, you can keep saying that, but we don’t really know. Just like we should have NEVER known about this one.

Why shouldn’t we? And what makes you think this information would have stayed confidential?

Glad to hear that.
So do you believe Ford? If not, why not?

His recounting of his glory days during today’s hearing was nauseating. And he lied about references in his yearbook (devil’s triangle, boof). Rather than being truthful about the meaning he chose to lie. We should not trust anything he has to say.

Yes, this.

My DH knows Kavanaugh and dislikes him, which is why I said MOST instead of all.

Oh man! Brutal!

Priceless.

Is that his suffering wife right there to his left?

What happened to Alyssa Milano who was in the view of cameras the whole time?

She was on her phone nearly the whole hearing. Her body may have been in the seat, but she wasn’t there.

I feel badly for the Dems. They tried so hard, and did all the "right" things, and their attempt to throw this have fallen flat. Poor Feinstein. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Should I have done this? Should I have done that? Are my staff pulling the wool over my eyes like that Chinese spy did for 20 years?
