Lol they just went from a 50/50 toss up between Schulz and Moore to a 30 point loss for Cox to Moore. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. |
I’m a Hogan voting conservative and you’re spot on correct for me. I won’t vote for anyone tainted with Trumpiness. |
Was this counting the fact that some Dems promoted Cox, thinking he’d be easier to beat? I’m a Dem and am furious they would pull this crap. The Dem better win. |
+1 That's exactly how I feel. After 2016, we should realize that no outcome can be taken for granted, no matter how utterly unhinged and unelectable the opponent appears to be. |
| It's pretty dangerous to celebrate Cox's win. He's not going to win in the general election, but the fact that so many people voted for a candidate like this does not bode well for the future of Maryland. It wasn't even close. |

Peroutka was my county council member (mercifully for just one term, and then the dem one and we ran him out on a rail) He is as horrible as they come. |
PP here. Won, not one. Shouldn’t type before my brain fully wakes up. |
I agree with this. I always felt that Cox had a strong chance based on the number of yard signs, street signs, bridge signs, etc. that I saw.. He had a lot of fervent supporters. I also saw people with signs waving at cars over 270 This governor election in November, better bring out the voters. We cannot be lax this year. |
Cox had a much more visible campaign. He had many signs and I think he won based on name recognition. so far I’m extremely disappointed that it’s going to be Westmore, who is extremely poor candidate, vs. Cox. |
The fact that Maryland is going to go from Larry Hogan to either Moore or Cox is downright depressing. |
+1 |
Paid for with Democratic money. |
A Rhode's scholar or a trumper...I can't decide which is worse! |
