DD plays for 25. According to USClubLacrosse.com, 25 Capital team tied Heros top team 7-7. , and Heros is the #1 ranked 25 team. How is that an O- Fer, ? Had Tied Monster 4-4, but a goal was counted well after time expired. And played a player fown the entire second half. Not an excuse, just a fact. Monster went 4-0, lost to Top YJ team 9-6, playing 2 players down the last 10 min. A YJ Spallina team that is ranked #2. Relax, "Oh-fer" Capital 25 is good. |

Beat some lower ranked clubs and B teams this weekend and that chest puffs out, eh? Do it consistently against the top 10 before you come here and brag. |

Go look at the 23 Recruiting thread. Despite posts like this one where parent is falling all over themselves to care about how they did and explain why they went 0-4, we've been told Capital doesnt care about results. But if you want to chat about it, Capital played a player down against Monster because they had 5-6 yellow in the first half! Starting attacker was out of the game 10 mins in. If the approach was to hit as many girls in the head as possible - then success. Being down a player was deserved and not a reason for you to give Cap a break. They know the rules. |

Cracks me up that Cap players getting removed from multiple game is 'not an excuse' but Cap parent is sure here to tell you it happened. Penalties count. Just stop with the what ifs.. Apparently you care about scores. You lost. Own it. |

Agree. Scores do not matter. However, how a team performs and competes does. And generally the teams winning or are competitive are better prepared, better coached, and in sync. This does have an impact on recruiting because college coaches take notice and want to watch these teams play. Teams can have better talent, but if they can’t show they can work as a team and within a system this may work against individual players. I am not sure hero ball is part of the collegiate level recruiting formula. Winning is not important to college coaches, but the things that usually result in teams winning are important. |

| What do the girls do at 4 hours of tryouts? Drills and games or is there something else? Why 4 hours when the teams have been already pre-selected for the most part? What am I missing? Perhaps there are a few spots on their orange team available, but 4 hours to make that call? |
