How to age like Gwyneth Paltrow?

I think she edits her photos a lot?

She doesn't seem immortal to me.

+1

Sandra Bullock, Andie McDowell and Salma Hayek on the other hand, wow!

Andie McDowell looks like crap. That gray hair crap she’s pulling now is especially harmful to her looks.

Andie McDowell is 63! She looks great for her age. What do you want from her?

I don’t know. I have hair like her and when I saw her picture, it convinced me that I will have to color my hair for my whole life. If she cannot look good with gray hair, no way that I can.

They all do!! Somebody did a regular instagram post and then the enhanced one of celebs...and it was almost ground-breaking the differences were very drastic. Not the Khloe one this was all famous celebrity faces.

It's a real shame because real women think these women look flawless in real life. At 50+, they all look older IRL.

Thanks for posting this of J-LO. She always looks great in photos on web, but I have seen her body in Pap shots when they got her unnoticed and in yoga pants, etc. She is not as tight and her pooch is there and cellulite on legs thru tights, etc. That is not to cut on her. That is to say that even with the kind of $, trainers, private chefs and nutritionists she has without all of her hair, make-up and lighting people it's nowhere good as the images we see daily.

He is a former smoker and eats dessert frequently (though generally has healthy habits), but he lets stuff roll off his back and I think that's why he's aged well. His younger brother looks 45 and is in his 30s because he's the opposite

Studies confirm this. Look at how much a President ages in one term. Hair goes gray, older, etc.

People that experience lots of trauma and traumatic events, it shows on their face.

When my dad was going through terminal cancer and died. I look at the year before and then 1.5 years later when he died and we had spent so much time in and out of hospitals, etc. I looked a good 10-years older. My temples hollowed out. My jawline went slack, etc. This was just 1.5 years.

Yep, she has the stringy, dried out hair of a homeless person. OP must be super busted to think this is fresh.

Starvation, poor nutrition and over-processing. A lot of women get that break in half brittle hair, thin from that. So many celebs where weaves or hair pieces.

She has always had thin blonde hair

But it got really bad as she approaches 50. Totally fried, brittle, breaking off. Extensions and filler pieces are her mainstay.

She works out TWO HOURS A DAY SIX DAYS A WEEK. That's a job. That is a work requirement for her and she does it.

The same for her various treatments, facials, etc. It is literally part of her job to maintain.

Once I saw it like that it helped me understand the difference between wanting to look good and your job to look good.

EXACTLY. If it were my job to look good, I'd look a thousand times better than I do. I think the answer to her 'secret' is that she works at it and throws money at it and presumably has an extremely talented aesthetician, dermatologist, trainer, etc. I would assume given her fair skin that she is meticulous about sunscreen to reduce wrinkles.

holy cow yes. all this plus good genes.

I read what the average high profile actress/celebrity spends on derm/skincare, selfcare in a 1 month and it was more than most people make in 2 years!

How does she keep her neck and jaw so tight?

I wonder each time I see her picture!
I have to say I'm not a fan of her cheek implants/ fillers, what ever they are. She never had meaty cheeks, makes no sense that her face would have prominent cheeks now. I always thought she had rare noble features and now her face just rings "milkmaid", especially without makeup.

Great body of course and looking healthy and relaxed. How much better anyone can really look at that age without hair and make up on call?!

It's not a good look. Her restrictive lifestyle and diet are clearly taking a toll.

What toll? She is 48 and she looks her age or younger.

Anonymous wrote:Be rich. Get a really good plastic surgeon and derm. Be rich.

This is the answer right here. Also she said she only smokes one cigarette per week.

She looks really old.
