+1 It would be one thing to express anger and frustration about the fees, time of day, etc. Her mocking, very personal comments are shocking, for sure. |
To the clerk who is hired to process paperwork?? How does that hurt the company??? If she went after the owner of the towing company, we might be having a different conversation. But the clerk in the office was just doing her job. |
That is hilarious! Good for the airline employee. |
+1 She should have insisted on talking to a manager and expressing her displeasure to him/her, not a clerk. And she should lose the personal insults. |
| How many people do you think the tow company has in their office? |
| Do you think she is on DCUM. |
Does anyone actually eat at Hunan # 1? |
My guess is that some of it was edited b/c personal information was exchanged, e.g., address, phone number, credit card, etc. I don't think you need to see the whole video to see what a complete ass she made of herself. She obviously shits on people she deems as lower as she is and when she doesn't like the situation. Let's hope she'll be fired. |
No kidding on the bolded! Those kinds of insulting comments would literally never come to my mind in that situation (or any other situation I can imagine). I could see myself being angry and saying something like "this is f-ing ridiculous!", but personal insults about teeth, education, weight? That stuff just wouldn't ever even enter my mind. |
+1 exactly! |
Me either and I can get mad and quite a smart ads but it would never occur to me to demean the paper pusher! DA FUGGG?! |
|
I am on the fence regarding this story.
On one hand I think as a public figure, you have a responsibility to act with a certain amount of dignity than most people. Also, it is NEVER nice to use the "Do you know who I am?" card. However, getting one's car towed is major money and a huge inconvenience. It can make the nicest person an ax murderer. Just sayin'................... |
Um, Britt's not reading this. She is a millionaire TV personality and you "had a career in public service". |
|
| I doubt Britt is making a million from ESPN. |
