Has anyone watched this video? I'm wondering what she's like off camera. I will say, without excusing her behavior, the tow truck companies are completely predatory in Arlington.

| Even though we've all been as mad as her at some point and probably felt compelled to go on a tirade, there's no excuse for her demeaning comments. She's clearly a stuck up B and I bet she's done at ESPN ... plenty of eye candy out there to flirt with players on the sidelines and ask pre-written questions. |
OP again. I agree, she's done there. |

This reminds me of the time someone demanded assistance at the airline counter by asking, "Do you know who I am?"
Without batting an eye, the airline person got on the PA and made this announcement, "Attention! Attention! We have a passenger here who does NOT know who she is. Can someone please help identify this person for her own sake." |
| I was just looking for pictures of Britt without makeup to see if her face matches her soul. Poor thing. |
| What a terrible human being. I get it, people get frustrated and say things they might regret but, this was really mean. |
| I always go out of my way to be really nice to people in jobs like that. DMV, post office, towing, etc. They're just doing a job and it's not the worker's fault that the nature of the job puts you in confrontational situations. |
Agreed 100%...sure, I've caught myself dropping the f bomb before to a Comcast rep (or someone in similar position) but then I catch myself and apologize as I know they're just doing their job and I'm incredibly frustrated by the situation. You catch more flies with honey anyway

This doesn't defend her conduct, but I read on ARLNow that he car was apparently towed from the lot of a restaurant that she was actually dining at.
If thatwas indeed the cse, I probably wouldn't have gotten as personal with the clerk, but I would have come in there with a full head of steam myself. |
But in this particular case, apparently the tow employee was dishing it as well as she was taking it, but then edited the video to remove her ugly comments before releasing it to the media. |
The parking lot behind Hunan One is not dedicated to Hunan One -- there are spaces that are not assigned to the restaurant. She probably didn't see that. |
| the towing company deserves this...they are predatory and should be called out whenever possible. |
This tow company is notorious for towing people who are legally parked, I wouldn't assume she was parked improperly. |
Yeah, she went through the jugular in such a mean way. She was angry, sure, but that's no excuse to deliberately demean someone in that manner - it reflects her true character and I doubt she's truly sorry, just sorry she was caught. She should be fired, not just suspended. |
Agree. There was no need to start getting into the topics of education, teeth, etc. That's just downright nasty. Shows her true character. What a stuck-up you-know-what. |
