No kidding on the bolded!  Those kinds of insulting comments would literally never come to my mind in that situation (or any other situation I can imagine).  I could see myself being angry and saying something like "this is f-ing ridiculous!", but personal insults about teeth, education, weight?  That stuff just wouldn't ever even enter my mind.[/quote]
