| Walk my 5 miles, just as I do every other morning. It's rare that I skip a day. Begin at 5:30 every morning. |
I posted yesterday, but today I did hot yoga at Down Dog. Nice complement to running.

| 1 hour on elliptical. I usually run outside but I'm pregnant and can't do it in this heat and humidity. |
| Worked on cleans with my trainer. Tried to hit my P.R., but it just wasn't happening today, so we focused on improving my form. I still know I'll feel it in my quads and shoulders tomorrow! |

| I did p90x3 this morning....broke out in a serious sweat and now I'm tired as all hell but it was a good workout....i think I'll alternate with Jillian Michaels tomorrow |

4 rounds of 200m sprint, and 15 toes to bar (or, when I could no longer T2B, knees to chest)
5 minute plank hold (held all 5 minutes--never had done more than 3!) 12 rounds alternating 1 set of 2 clean-lunge each leg-push press with barbell (@43#) and one set of 10 box jumps (@20"). I would love to walk 5 miles a day, though! |
