Well, I'm a day late...but yesterday's workout was a 14 mile run at an easy pace. I'm training for a marathon this fall. Today is a rest day

My workout yesterday was week 5 day 2 of C25K. It involved a total of 18 minutes sloooow jogging and 15 minutes walking. I feel great about it.

Technically you're lifting forkfuls of mint-choc chip. Want to keep you honest with your workout accomplishments.

Went on a six mile run about noon, which sucked. So hot. I usually take the kids out in the double Bob in the morning before it gets too warm, but we're in the thick of potty training our daughter, so she stayed home with daddy.

85 mile bike ride yesterday. Rest day today. Maybe some abs in front of the tv later.

Best work-out ever, and it transforms my body. I highly recommend the book. Before reading this, I never considered myself to be strong. Couldn't do a "real" push-up if you paid me. Now I knock-out sets of 15 without a problem.

Can someone give me a run down about what "barre" is? I've seen a lot of variations on the name, but am completely confused.
