| Pulled a big old rope 9 times from one end of the gym to the other. 60 squats. 36 rows. 1200 meters on the rowing machine. |

| Power yoga class at lunch. First time back to that one after a big injury. It was tough. But I loved it. |

I was supposed to do a 3-4 mile run this morning, but didn't fall asleep until 3:30am. Too exhausted.

| Ran 3.4 miles this morning. It was suppose to be 6 miles, but woke up too late. Registered for the Army 10 miler and can't seem to find the time to get the long runs in...ugh! |

| High intensity cardio intervals alternating with some leg work: squats, lunges, deadlifts, side lunges - 2 rounds. Finished up with some abs. |
| 20 minutes high-speed intervals on the elliptical, 20 minutes legs & abs. |
| Treadmill walk for 30 minutes and cardio class for 60. |
