I have no idea but I eat like a pig and I weigh less than pre-pregnancy. I think its 500 calories a session or something. |

5 sets of 10 barbell curls 4 sets of 6 tricep extensions on trx bands (LOVE these) 4 sets of incline curls 4 sets of kickbacks and push downs (superset) 2 sets of dips 4 sets of weighted chin ups My arms hurt

I'm the 5 mile a day walker. There's a group of moms I walk with every morning and it helps - at 5:30 you need all the help you can get - that I have other ppl waiting on me to join in. If I were solo I might not be so motivated. I also just purchased expensive running shoes and need to justify the expense
