You came to this website and sorted through many posts, settled on this one, read through the responses, thought about it and responded thus. You bet. Cost of doing business, etc. Assuming a judge will even hear this suit--which is remotely possible depending on the federal judge-- Hey, Alsie Hastings, is he still around?!  --the legal fees just to get to settlement could be staggering. Definitely no good guys here.

Lots of hyperbole on those previous posts. This is not the worst thing that has happened at the school and it is certainly not worse than the pedophile scandal. Basically a relationship between two consenting adults. Who cares? Its the father who comes off looking the worst.
Yeah, its embarrassing for the school but thats it. I don't have any direct relationship with Sidwell but I think we have some (one?) over-dramatic posters here. |

Yes, I remember that thread. I wrote it off as another nutjob conspiracy theorist. Well, that just goes to prove that not all nutjobs are wrong, I suppose. The school won't settle. They have already lost everything they can lose because it has become public. The time for settlement is over. Take it to court and see if a judge thinks this case has merit.
This husband is a freak show. Someone in that family needs to stand up and show a little mental stability for the little girl in the middle of the mess. |
