It is indeed a fact that Israel wants Lebanese land and it is a fact that Israel is in the process of processing of flattening hundreds of Lebanese homes and villages and it is also a fact that the US backs Israel.

Meanwhile, Israel has invaded Lebanon. With weapons supplied by the US and no criticism from our politicians.

My biggest concern is that after Trump announced (fake) victory in Iran (which I think he will soon) politicians will focus on the need to rebuild our military and Israel’s capture of illegal land (plus Israel’s killing and evacuating) of humans living there will slip under the radar.

That’s likely what they are hoping and what Trump is enabling.

I have yet to be convinced that Israel is making things safer for the Jewish people. For all of the aggression since 10/7 it has just left to more death and hatred stirred up. If Israel bombs your home and kills your mom or Dad, how would you feel about them? They have just set up hatred for generations to come funded by our tax paying dollars.

It's the original iron dome that jews have manufactured for themselves. Even though the vast majority of jews worldwide support Israel you can't call out jews for tacitly supporting 80 years of crimes against humanity.

The irony is that a higher proportion of the actually religious orthodox jews are probably against the state of Israel compared to any other subpopulation of jews. But that's not saying much because 1) 75% of jews in Israel support genocide; and 2) the majority of jews worldwide are not religious.

That’s not one of the objectives.

The objectives are (1) territorial expansion, (2) unchallenged regional hegemony, (3) sustained, substantial financial and military subsidy from a larger nation that can be manipulated at the highest levels to ensure prioritization and preservation of #1 and #2 above.
