Does every adult female have an experience where they were almost kidnapped?

Kinda true, if men disappeared, then there would never be anymore children. Problem solved!

What like a punishment for something? What did you do prior to being cuffed?

Not kidnaped, but twice I was followed by creeps at malls and had to ask security to walk me to my car.

Yes. I was with 2 friends in 8th grade and 3 guys from high school stopped us outside (McDonalds I think). They started asking us if we’d sucked duck and such. We pushed them away and walked on. But then their van rolled up with the doors open and they tried to push us in. We ran and the van actually chased us. We went into the movies to get away. I got so mad at my friend for laughing at my other friend and I for running, but looking back she was just trying to be cool.

Pretty sure I recognized them later in high school.

Pp here. Chiming in because another poster said sexual assault is universal. I was never sexually assaulted.

Just want to say that it’s not just women who have these experiences. Dh had a stalker who went to many of his sports games as a kid. He played multiple sports too and this went on over years. Cops wouldn’t do anything and it drove his mom crazy. When riding his bike to a friends house one day the man was following him and tried to get him to get in the car. Then months later the man tried to grab him.

It does sound odd, and one has to wonder what lead up to it.

Twice when I was in elementary school, I had a car pull up beside me and man asked me if I wanted a ride. Both times it was a nice day, and one time I had my bike and was just a block from my house. I remember dropping my bike and running up to my neighbor’s door. This was in a small town in Ohio.

Sort of...

1. When I was in 5th grade, I used to play outside lot with my friends. My friend's older brother physically picked me up and started trying to take me towards the woods where we would play hide and go seek. It was probably only a few seconds but my instincts kicked in hard and I wriggled myself out of his grip and ran home. He called out after me calling me a "Fradey cat" or a "baby" or something like that.

Maybe harmless but I knew never to go around him alone again. I don't think he had innocent intentions.

2. My coworker told me when visiting another country while in the rural areas some men tried to stop them and kidnap them but they escaped somehow. It can easily apparently happen in other countries.

Oh my gosh this happened to me when I was a teen with a friend walking the mall. It was a grandpa too! Very creepy stalking us behind the tall columns of the mall and peering around them straight at us!!

One doesn't have to suggest a BF can punish a GF, let alone by handcuffing.
One could instead say "I'm sorry, that sounds really upsetting, did you ever find out what on earth he was thinking?"

This. Nothing could justify it. So sorry to that PP.

Or, men are incredibly inept.
