This is not good. I'm all for women wearing pants and wearing comfy clothes, but this just doesn't look good in any way. I hate the pants -- color, fit, length, everything. The jacket is a nice color but looks like it's so tight around her neck.

The shape of the pants and the piping down the front are not good. Could’ve done a better lower half with the same jacket. But they probably don’t really care, so it’s fine.

+1 I prefer her in other colors but I love that dress overall - it has a cool sportswear vibe to it while still looking glam and expensive.

I dunno... member of the big boobed club here and those things are heavy. They look like are sitting securely on a shelf.

I am tired of this hairstyle on her and I really, really wish she'd pulled some of the color from the skirt into her jewelry or makeup. Like I'm imagining some pink or green near her face. Agreed. it's one of my favorite dresses of the night but she should have done more with hair and jewelry

I am with you. I too was excited she won but I was so afraid she was gonna fall out. I think it was not a wise dress choice.

I like the color on her -- with her dark skin she can pull off this shade of pale gold. In general, I hate it when all the pale skinned women wear those washed out neutrals -- it looks so bad on them. (I'm a pale skinned white woman, and I know not to wear pale beige!). I love the top of the dress, but I agree that the midsection fit seems off -- I'm also not crazy about how the trimming thing widens as it goes down.

To me the issue with the color isn't that it's unflattering in her. It's just boring. I think it would bother me more if there hadn't been so much of it on the red carpet. This is a big event, it's a chance to make a statement. This dress doesn't.

I agree with you OP, though I'd go further and say the beige was not flattering on anyone. Quinta probably had the best of the lot because the dress was modern and I thought she was otherwise styled well; less of the dragging draperies from Miss Havisham look the others had going.
