Do most people come home, cook dinner then shower or reverse come home, shower, cook dinner?

No shower at night. Why would you do that? You would have to shower in the morning again?

I shower last thing at night before going to bed, because I like to be clean before getting in my nice sheets and relaxing.

I freshen up by washing my face, brushing my hair, using a wet towel or baby wipes for armpits and other places, if it's really hot, or I've been working out.

But too frequent showers are just not good for your skin, and my showering time is at bedtime, thank you very much.

In my building there's no hot water for a shower after about 7:30pm so I have to shower before then if I want to shower at night. But I am very flexible on when I shower.

Because showers are enjoyable. I shower in the morning and before bed.

Shower in the morning.

Afternoon, cook when I get home. We like to go for a walk after dinner. Love it at this time of the year when it is still light out.

Change into casual clothes (but not PJs) and then cook. Sometimes shower before bed and sometimes in the morning. We have kids activities at night, and even if we didn’t, I can’t imagine spending all evening in pajamas!

I shower right before bed. I find it easier to fall asleep after a jolt of warm water.

At night, but definitely not before dinner. Our family eats pretty aggressively so we absolutely need showers after dinner.

I shower thrice daily. I take a quick shower during my lunch break (I live close to work) to rinse off the existential dread that permeates every pore of my body.

I shower in the am. I would not want food smells on me when I was clean.

I shower at night, not in the morning. I would only do it immediately on coming into my home if I’d been exercising; if it’s just coming from work, I wait until right before bed.

I know quite a few adults who shower at right right before bed, especially in the summer or if they are outside a lot (either b/c of sweat or pollen, etc). And some people don't have time to shower in the morning.

I get the shower at night if its super hot and/or pollen. But I don't get how showering at night can replace morning showers. Yuck.

I don’t sweat at night. How are you getting dirty while sleeping?

So you are putting your dirty body in bed? Gross.

I always shower at least twice a day, morning and evening. I cook dinner, clean up, straighten the house a little, then shower right before bed. I’m not getting into my clean sheets unless I’m clean as well.
