| Montgomery county’s 34th murder this year. |
Or they kidnapped him to try to extort money? Or get him to use his ATM card? |
| Such a shame to have all these murders over marijuana |
Yeah especially when obtaining weed in MoCo is pretty easy, but it's expensive ($250 for the doctor and another $50 or so for the application to the state). |
Normaly they don't release the names of juvenile offenders, even if they are charged as adults. Same for mugshots -- not for juveniles. |
Couldn’t they just venture into DC to a dispensary, especially if one of them was 18? I don’t partake so I’m unsure of the logistics (perhaps you need a prescription even though it is decriminalized?). It just seems like there has to be an easier way to get marijuana than murdering someone in a stairwell. |
Cost. A friend of mine in DC is in his 30s and uses marijuana daily. He said it's a lot cheaper to get from a street dealer. Well, not some gun-toting thug -- a more "refined" dealer that caters to the millennial crowd. |
That is not true. It depends on the neighborhood… Whitman, they don’t release names, Einstein they do. |
Someone should publish a list of nice and peaceful buyers and dealers in DMV area. The adult deceased man a non violent dealer. |
|
Is recreational use of marijuana illegal in Maryland? I thought it was legal but I can't keep the various jurisdictions laws straight.
Killing over marijuana, that is insane. |
It’s not legal if you are 16 |
How will the wealthy white guys get rich off “legal pot” with friends like yours. |
It's decriminalized in Maryland. So if you're caught, you will get a citation, fine, it will be in the Case Search, and they confiscate the goods. But not arrested and no jail. |
Your friend is an idiot. He might be getting it for $35 an eighth instead of $40+, but he probably has no idea what he's getting (strand, sativa or indica) and it could have something else in it. Even if the dealer says they know, I wouldn't trust a freaking drug dealer. |
My friend has been doing this for years. Good dealers know they need to offer a good product or their reputation is ruined. It's like any other business. There's plenty of competition out there, so you better offer good service (his dealer does home delivery) and a good product. Once you've been dealing with the same person for years, they'd be stupid to suddenly drop quality on you. |
