Go cougs, go cougs.. go COUGS!!!! You won by 1 to a team you were supposed to get running clock on. Yikes. |
And should I mention, Oakton coaches need help trying with their draw “strategies.” |
I’m not sure what point this Battlefield poster is trying to make. If your point is #11 scored 7 goals you may want to talk to the coach, goalie, defense and middies about how one player scored 80% of Oakton’s goals. It’s not like #11 was a surprise player today. Are you trying to knock Oakton’s win by saying they are a one-player team or are you knocking the Battlefield goalie, defense and middies for not being able to stop one player? |
Slow down there Sparky, the girls (not you) won by one goal and had to use the stall to do so. |
Embarrassing for Oakton to be in a 1 goal game with Battlefield… |
Battlefield was the team that used strategies to get them back the game when they were trialing by 5. What’d Oakton do exactly? Keep having 11 ISO to get on the 8 meter? Not any crazy adjustments made by Oakton. Everyone knows how to stall which is what they did. It was Battlefield that made changes and almost won that game. |
this must be a Centreville parent |
#11 Battlefield sliced up Oakton’s defense all day. Both teams showed strengths and weaknesses. |
Oakton learned the stall from Madison. |
OAKTON won a State Championship….
What did you do… want a participation trophy….? If my math is correct the one with the most goals win…doesn’t matter how you get there! I’m sure math may not be your strength but let me repeat myself! Oakton won a State Championship…. Go Cougar’s ! |
👏 State Champs are not embarrassed! Defense was solid. Goalie solid. O did enough to win. Up 7-2 and let them back in. Credit Battlefield. Hard fought and never gave up. This post above mine is a joke. Again… The State Champs say hi/high and goodbye! |
This post screams dad or mom who sits on the sidelines screaming “WHEELS”.. who knows nothing about lacrosse |
State Championship for the Oakton Cougars… enough said!
|
Oh… let me get my “WHEELS “ and drive my
STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY around… What you driving a old pickup to pickup your tissues! |
Your trophy? You mean your daughter’s? |
