No you just need a pass

BINGO.

I’m sorry. No. Someone would have leaked or called in an “anonymous” tip. Groups of people don’t actually keep big secrets very well.

Why are you sorry? What a ridiculous expression. He only needs one cop helping.

Yup.

Or "brotherhood of the blue".

It's a thing.

I disagree. He doesn’t need any cops helping. It’s just not that hard.

Probably not. But if one cop helped, the others were told to stay out of it, and looked the other way without asking questions, for sure.

Brian displayed the exact same behavior in the video with the cops. Gabby had a total meltdown and looked completely broken, while Brian was completely calm and even smiling at times. That is learned behavior, and I bet he got that from watching how his dad treated his mom.

It’s sick.

Absolutely. I think that man beats his wife. I’m sure Brian saw it his whole life and Gabby did while they were living together. I bet Brian was a dick to Gabbys mom and that’s why she didn’t want him living in her house. Gabby went to Brian’s house where abuse was normalized. They are both protecting Brian.

This makes sense, actually.

In short, none of Gabby's parents have that "i have given up on life" look - they weren't going to take his crap.

Autopsy report out today.

Teton County Coroner Brent Blue called a press conference for 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the ruling on the autopsy, which will likely include a cause of death for Petito.

At what point does the FBI apprehend, interrogate and charge his parents? I understand that they've been trying to glean info from them to locate or draw out Brian, etc. and that the Laundrie's have this lawyer, but come on...the FBI will have to be aggressive with these parents at some point.

Anyone think in passing that maybe BL’s dad did some sort of mercy killing while they went camping? I truly think the parents have some twisted mental rationalization about what they’ve done with their son. It is a dry wild and unlikely but it could explain their seemingly calm appearance, and keeps crossing my mind every once in awhile.

I still think he’s in the wind and we won’t know what happened to him for at least another 20-30 years.

No. The mother’s a loser but even a loser would be devastated emotionally by her husband killing her child.

Especially among whites.

They could waterboard the parents.

How much searching can really be done without him being formally charged with murder?

The parents still filed a missing persons report.

The lawyer in the background orchestrating responses for Laundrie family - why isn't he leaning on the parents to cooperate with LE? It's the decent thing to do in this case.

Agree. The lawyer needs to go to the police, tell them everything he knows and turn over the parents.

Laundrie is a really generic looking white dude who looks ten years older than he is. Could shave his facial hair and cover his old tats with new ones. Based on his parents reactions, I assume he is out somewhere camping with a load of cash.
